"Snow Princess and Snow Queen both were very professional, sweet and genuine. They definitely made my daughter feel special that they were there for her. Communication was great. A comforting element I found is that speaking to Rachel over the phone, she was professional but had great demeanor to her in that it didn't feel like a conversation with a sales person. She sounded very genuine when booking. (if that makes any sense). I liked viewing the website and not only seeing the pictures of the characters, but loved reading the bios and seeing the actual pictures of the actors."

"The performer was excellent! She was right on time and in character for the duration of the event. She was amazing with all of the kids and engaged everyone! Even the adults. She looked just like The Snow Queen! My daughter knew exactly who she was when she walked in. She connected well with Aria. When another of the kids told her they saw her at another party a few months ago she told her she remembered her, so she definitely played the part well! Her singing was amazing! She checked in with me after each activity on what to do next. Communication was excellent. I cannot have imagined anything better! This company is excellent! It was very easy to book! I liked that this company communicated so fast! I had several options to pay. I liked that I was contacted 10 minutes before the performer arrived so I could have everyone in the house and the kids ready. The website is very user friendly and I am glad that I was able to read reviews prior to booking. I would highly recommend Storybook Princess Parties to anyone and everyone! “Everything was a perfect 10! From the looks to the behavior, they had everyone at the party thinking they came straight from the movie. I absolutely loved the reminders, the communication, the professionalism. I've actually already recommended Storybook Princess Parties to two of my friends and my party was just this Saturday :) Everything was perfect! To add to this, [the Snow Queen] saw I was struggling with lighting the candles and filming and she helped me light the candles while singing. I thought that was awesome. “I thought the performers did a fabulous job! Everyone, especially my daughters, had a wonderful time singing and dancing with them. [The Snow Princess] was fun and outgoing while [the Snow Queen] was quiet and reserved just like in the movie. They engaged with the kids and stayed in character throughout the whole event. Thought it was funny when [the Snow Princess] was trying to get my niece to dance. It was very accommodating of them to also autograph my nephew's arm. [The Snow Princess] also did a great job dealing with one little boy in particular who was a little too excited seeing her. [My daughter] absolutely loved having them here! She sang and danced which just made my heart just melt with happiness. The tiara part was just so special! After the party, [my daughter] said "Mom, I'm never going to donate it!" (My kids have to donate their toys when done playing with them so I thought that this was sweet that she loved it so much that she already knew she would never want to give it away - aww!) I also have to mention the singing was spot on. I really enjoyed the cake part too. They stayed in character and were so helpful. Overall, they did an amazing job and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would rate the company at a 10. Pretty much all of the communication was via email. My emails were replied to in very timely manner. The website is organized and easy to read. I like how big the character page pictures are. The review page is one of the reasons why I chose your company to hire. Your company is top quality! All of my guests were raving about you after the performance! “OMG.... I don't know where to start! The kids enjoyed the performance of [the Snow Queen and Snow Princess] so much! The adults were even raving about them after they left. I am a professional performer myself and I understand how nerve racking it can be to walk into a crowded room, not knowing anyone and just start acting and singing. "The performers were in character since their arrival....so much so it threw me off a little. The kids were fascinated and loved them. They were so engaged and it was a large party with ages 2 to 13. More than we had expected. But [the Snow Queen] and [Snow Princess] were on top of their game the whole time. The story telling, sing-along and dancing were amazing. The authentic voices of the performers make the performance distinct from other parties we have seen. By far the best performers on Frozen. Very professional, easy to follow, love the videos. That makes you different. You also offer the most affordable package and I had other parents raving too. I have already been asked by someone and referred you to potentially book. If I had to do it again, I would book you without a doubt. The party loved the autograph cards! Thank you so much."

"[The Snow Queen] was excellent. She exceeded our expectations. All of the children were engaged and excited. She made a connection with my daughter. At first she was in shock and unsure of the situation as she was just turning two. By the end of the "Let it Go" my daughter was doing her "Frozen" dance. Both the adults and children expressed how much fun they had watching the event. I would rate them 10/10 and will use them as long as my kids are in love with princesses."

So the video are why I went with this company. The performers were fantastic. "They were more amazing than I expected. The Snow Princess and Snow Queen that came to our house were just as good, if not better, than the Snow Princess and Snow Queen we met [on vacation]. Their look, mannerisms, voices, everything was amazing and completely in character. Even seeing the Snow Princess and Snow Queen walk down the street the way they did in character made me smile. I think even the adults at the party were amazed and enchanted...everyone is still talking about the performance. And I loved how the birthday girl was able to sit on the fireplace in between the princesses to feel special, yet the Snow Princess and Snow Queen didn't force her to do anything that wasn't in her comfort zone. Communication via email was SO FAST. I can't believe how quick your response times were. Website was also great and provided detailed breakdown of the packages/princess options."

“When our daughter asked if she could have a Rapunzel birthday party we found Storybook Princess Parties online and thought having Rapunzel come to her birthday would be a nice surprise. We could never have imagined just how magical it would be. The moment Rapunzel walked in the door our daughter ran to give her a hug. All the children were absolutely captivated the entire time she was here. The party had an age range of 3 months to 94 years and everyone was delighted and entertained by Abby, I mean Rapunzel. Her voice was beautiful as she told and sung her way through her story. It truly was a storybook come to life. After the singing and storytelling she led the kids in dance and royalty training. She even led the singing of happy birthday at cake time. Perhaps the most special for our daughter was when she spent some one on one time with her right before she left just talking about all things princess. From beginning to end, Storybook Princess Parties was amazing. Every email was answered promptly and she really made the whole planning process very easy. Abby made our daughter's fourth birthday party one she will never forget, and she is already planning for Rapunzel to return next year!”

“Melting the heart of a Beast is an easy task compared to entertaining a group of preschoolers for two straight hours, but [Beauty] handled this challenge at Little Beans Cafe tonight with ease. I cannot express how impressed I was with [Beauty]'s performance tonight - energetically playing games, managing crafts, and enthusiastically engaging with every child - all while looking fabulous in an evening gown! My daughter especially enjoyed the evening and would not stop talking about [Beauty] after we left, declaring [Beauty] her new favorite princess and asking when we could visit her at the Beast's castle. (Given the depth of my daughter's love for [the Snow Queen and Princess] - this is a monumental statement.) The night ended in tears because we had to say good-bye to [Beauty], and [my daughter] went to bed wishing she could play with [Beauty] every day. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after I returned home that I realized [Beauty] seemed familiar -- and I quickly scrolled through my pictures to reveal that we had just spent the night with Fancy Nancy [from the Emerald City production]!! We adore the Fancy Nancy series and thought Katrina's performance in the Musical was extraordinary. I regret I didn't make the connection sooner so I could tell Katrina tonight how much we loved her as Nancy. [My daughter] was star-struck meeting Nancy after the show, and was overjoyed to discover Nancy was a real person-- asking repeatedly to have her over for a play date. I'm sorry I didn't get to say this in person - but Katrina, as [Beauty] and Fancy Nancy you have now TWICE won over my daughter's heart with your performances!! You are absolutely outstanding.
