How do I book a party?
Send an email to email@example.com or call Rachel at 925-324-3289 to begin the booking process! Booking a party is most efficient when you provide the following information in your initial request: character(s) requested, desired length of visit, event date, event time and event location. That way, we can check our performers' availability and get back to you quickly. All requests are acknowledged within 24 hours, though usually faster! You are most likely to get the fastest response by sending an email.
How does the booking process work?
Once we have agreed upon the details of your event, we will send you a contract via email. In order to confirm your event on our calendar, we require a copy of the signed contract as well as a 50% deposit.
How much does a party cost?
In order to provide you with a quote, we need to know which character(s) you would like to invite to your special event, how long you would like them to stay for and where the event will be located! Our basic prices can be found on the "Pricing Packages" page of our site. If your event is outside our travel radius, a small travel fee will be added.
What is your travel radius?
We are located in Chicago, Illinois and travel up to 30 miles from the 60614 area within the state of Illinois.
I'm located outside your travel radius! Will you still come to my event?
Of course! For events outside our travel radius, we charge a small travel fee per mile in order to compensate our performers for their time and additional gas usage. Contact us with your event location and we can provide you with a quote. Also, we charge a flat rate of $10 per performer to attend events in Indiana in addition to the travel fee.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 6 weeks in advance at minimum. The further in advance, the more likely you are to be able to secure the characters you want at the time you need!
Do your performers sing live at events?
Always! All our performers are professionally trained actors with degrees in theatre. Their talent is unparalleled and they sing live at every event they attend!
Can I request a specific performer?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow clients to choose a specific performer to attend their event, only which character they want.
Do I need to provide anything for the event?
We provide autograph cards and the princesses bring a music player with them. You don't need to provide anything unless you want to (e.g. a craft activity for the princesses to do with the kids).
Can I work for you?
We are not actively hiring at the moment, but please send us your headshot, resume and reasons why you want to be a princess to so we can keep your information on file for the future! All performers must have a car and a degree in theatre.
